Who can be an Agent?

We would prefer candidates with some previous experience in Insurance, but it is not a must. Our training programme extends to include experienced professionals and novices in Insurance. On the other hand, our procedures are extremely simple, so a new Agent will adapt in a couple of days to our work system. The most important factors are to be an honest and sociable person, open to meeting new potential clients so as to introduce our products.

How much can I earn?

It will depend on the number of policies sold. Our added value is that We will be at your side until you reach a certain level of experience, providing the training and procedures to become a Professional Insurance Agent. Another advantage is our range of unbeatable products, which will make the difference in our favour.

What happens when a policy is renewed?

The company will pay commissions for new business and renewals as well, so you can build up your own business easily, or perhaps having your insurance agency as a second activity to help your main business.

What are my committments?

Being honest, sell a minimum amount of policies every year, and help our Clients when they require our Service is essential. With these basics, and some good teamwork and organisation, your committments will be covered, and your success guaranteed.
